If someone sends our client a PDF they downloaded as a carbon copy of their submission in forms, as proof they made a submission, which the client can not find any record of in their forms history. We have no way to further troubleshoot without an instance ID. It would be helpful to have an option to display the instance ID on the carbon copy. When I try to do this in a single line, it comes up blank.
