**Relatively new to Laserfiche Rio**
We currently have 1235 licenses we use for our internal users (via AD integration). It seems like if we accidentally go over by a few licenses (more than 1235 users in our licensing AD group) several dozen to over 100 users lose licenses in the process. Can anyone help me understand why this happens?
We are not using nested AD groups inside of our licensing AD group.

This shouldn't happen. When Directory Server syncs with AD groups it creates a temporary table while it evaluates if enough licenses are needed and if there are any issues with the AD accounts that could cause a problem. This is done so that everything that is currently configured doesn't change. I would open a support case with your Solution Provider so they can begin looking into the issue with Laserfiche Support.
