Hi Everyone,
We have an issue related to metadata we imported for records management. The metadata was for records that were destroyed in their previous system, so they don't show as 'destroyed' by Laserfiche. In the old system and with the old retention rules, they were allowed to be destroyed.

They were imported to a record series that under the new rules is permanent, so we can't destroy them anew in Laserfiche, therefore don't show with the red icon that visually indicates the record is destroyed, and they show up in search results where we don't want them to, i.e. active records or records eligible for cutoff/ destruction.

Is there a way to destroy them, or a a database value we can change to do mark them as destroyed in SQL? Is there a better way to handle this issue?

Thanks!
