Password Reset is very dependant upon how your installation is set-up. For example, if you are using Windows Authentication, then things like passwords are not administered within the Laserfiche environment.
There isn't a dedicated username and password for the admin console. Any of the users that have been granted administrative permissions should be able to log in.
There is the ADMIN user that is automatically created upon initial installation, but there isn't anything about that user that is any different than any other user that has been given administrative functions (and many of us remove that user once others have been given administrative permissions, since we want to free up that license for other uses).
Are you aware of any of your users that were given administrative permissions? They should be able to log in.
