No Valid DocuSign API Credentials

Feel free to delete my older post but we are trying to configure the DocuSign integration and are getting the following error when trying to set it up.

I do not understand what API credentials Laserfiche is looking for or why they are invalid.

We setup the user in DocuSign as a full admin user.  Connect is made and everything seems to be correct.  We also generated the app password.

In the back end config we have the user entered:

This seems to save fine but there is no validation that seems to occur

Then on the Laserfiche front end we have the same user (email) and the same app password and we get this.

 

Checking the event log we get

 

We are at a loss as to what API credentials this is referring to or how to continue troubleshooting as everything seems to line up correctly.

Hi Chris,

We're having the same exact issue. It'd be really helpful if Laserfiche chimed in a bit here.
