Connecting WebMail to Email archive

Hi

I am using a mail on WebMail(RoundCube) and I want to connect it on email archive.
I am unable to do so. Can anyone help me and send screenshots about the steps for configuration in WebMail?Thanks.

Hi Sharaf,

 

What is mail server and its server type that WebMail(RoundCube) connects to? Email Archive only supports IMAP mail server. If the mail server is not Microsoft 365, you should use IMAP option with basic authentication to connect to mail server in Email Archive. You should also get the server for IMAP and port for the mail server and if need check 'Use TLS' if mail server is configured.
