Is it possible to start a workflow from an email?

I have a non Laserfiche process that sends an email when its done, I found that if I could trigger a workflow FROM that email I'd be able to automate quite a few more processes but I'm not sure if it's possible.

Can I start a workflow from an email?

Not directly, but yes. You could have Email Archive monitor the email account the email is sent to and kick off a workflow directly or have it save the email to the repository and have a workflow kick off from there.

Where would I find Email Archive by chance?

Email Archive is part of Import Agent. You must have purchased a license to use it.
