I am sure there is a post for this somewhere but I can't seem to find it.

We have a customer who would like to provide a "Home" button from the search results page. 

Currently when you do a search it displays the backdrop of the Weblink welcome page, but there is no "Home" button option (Screenshot below of this, and it ok to show as this there public facing WL page):

They would like a HOME button close to the place where I placed the red outline box.

I know there is the "Home" button when you click on a built out WL Search. Is there a way to light that same button up on the Search Results page (Example WL Custom Search of this below):
