Hello, I am currently installing LFDS on a server but when installing the master license the following error appears.

According to the solutions:

1. Port 443 is available

2. The certificate I use is valid.

3. Install the certificate on the server and in chrome

This is better suited for a support case, but likely your machine is attempting to use a lower TLS protocol to connect to activation.laserfiche.com. The activation service use TLS 1.2.

It has nothing to do with the certificate you set for your LFDS site (which is not actually used in your screenshot because you are connecting to it as "localhost" rather than using the machine's fully qualified domain name).
