We’re excited to announce the launch of a new course: Records Management Objects. This eLearning  course can be accessed in Aspire, at no cost.

Course Description: 

This course applies to both Laserfiche Cloud and Laserfiche 11, and will teach learners about records management objects. We will look at our use case and translate a retention schedule. We'll then create the objects needed for this retention schedule, such as an event and cutoff instruction, before making and applying our retention schedule. We will also learn about the various import and export options available for records and records management objects.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Translate retention schedules
• Create records management objects
• Retain metadata from records
• Identify your options for importing and exporting records and records management objects
