Form was not selected to save to repository - any WF fixes?

I have come across a form that has 2 forms within and found out that the incorrect form was saving to the repository in two different instances. Is there a way WF can find these forms and save to the repository or will I need to go into each one to snapshot?

Example is an agreement form was supposed to be saved separately and instead the request form was saved twice.

Your only option right now would be to create a word/pdf template with the fields you need from the form, run a query on your forms processes to determine the instance id/submission ids of the affected instances, loop over these instances and use retrieve process variables to retrieve the form data and fill the document template.

I'm not entirely sure that would be easier than going into the monitor page > instance > open the form for the step you need downloading it and importing it into the repository.
