I need help searching repo for non-templated documents, then emailing each owner a list of those documents

Cloud platform with 91 users and 200 licenses

I know you can export a list of files and attributes to tokens and even attach a URL with hypertext in Workflow.

- I can loop through each file (100 of them anyways) and get the Owner and Owner Email fields.

- Then For Each Entry, I can assign those fields to a token

- But then I'm left with a potentially long list of files and no way to route them to their respective owner email.

Can someone please help?

Do you need to email every file or can you just give them a link to the search results for their own list?

A single link to the results is fine.

If there are any files that aren't templated, I'm going to kick off a BP that creates a Task for the owner, where the owner manually confirms that the templates are applied,

No verification is needed other than the user gets a list, and perhaps I can export that list to a BP (for display purposes)

Thanks for having a look at this - If you have any insight, I'd love to hear it.

At this point I'm thinking I have to just export the full list to a single email and have an admin piece it out to staff.

I have a prototype solution (cloud) that uses lookup tables, tags, tag comments, etc. Contact me directly and I'll walk you through it. If there is interest on this post from others I can package something up and attach.
