How do I convert a color tiff to black and white? We are using LF Cloud.

And if you are getting the images in pdfs you can use these nifty settings, also in Quick Fields:

I think the only way to do this would be to use Quickfields with Quickfields Agent to process the file. This would require a workflow to send the Document to Quickfields (Via QF Agent) where you can use the Remove Color feature and then have it update the file back in the repository.
