Quickfields - Windows authentication failed

We have a session that will pick up and process all the docs it needs, however fails when storing.

A user will have to manually open the session and store all the processed docs.

 

Error message on the schedule: "Windows authentication failed."

 

We have Laserfiche authentication in place, so I'm not sure why it would be attempting windows auth. 

Is there a configuration we are missing?

Can you take screenshots of the Summaries/Log/Errors and upload them.

 

Also, Laserfiche authentication and Windows authentication can be configure in

  1. Document Class
  2. Unidentified Documents
  3. Laserfiche Capture Engine

Since your session can correctly process document, so Laserfiche Capture Engine configuration doesn't seem to be the problem. But do check configuration for Document Class and Unidentified Documents to make sure neither of them is using Windows authentication.

That was it! Had to select the classification and was able to edit from windows auth to Laserfiche auth.
