Forms has no such functionalities as we won't modify or translate any data input by the users, the email content is self-defined by users, so Forms will never touch it. You may need to find some solution by yourself, like defining different email templates and using some tokens to control which template to use.

There is no built-in functionality for something like this.  You would need to set-up processes that need two versions to include both versions and a way to decide which version to send.
