Hi-

We are having a problem with our SAML Users and need help. Below is what we know.

Laserfiche Version: 11 (11.0.2305.274)

Web Client

* SAML User was initially created using first initialLastName - SAML as the username.

* This recently changed to FLastNam and removing the - SAML.

* With recent changes, certaing SAML / LFDS users were deleted in LFDS, then we later added back into LFDS.

* After the user was added back into LFDS, that new user account (flastnam) is no longer searchable in LF Search. You can manually get to the created user and see that it SHOULD be showing up in the results, but it is not.

*Looking in SQL, we found that the user has multiple SID's and the current SAML / LFDS user doesn't seem to be "talking" to LF Repo so we can't search by user.

**How do we fix this? Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this a bug??!! We are frozen/dead in the water right now because user searches are imperative for our QA in our police department. **

I have attached the info we know about, some of the screenshots. Should a Laserfiche Support case be opened? I think our VAR has spoken with someone at LF, but no progress? I'm curious if we are doing something wrong.
