I have a client who has setup the Laserfiche API and is able to search, export documents, etc with the API when using a repository user account. That same repository user is linked to a Windows user in the Laserfiche Admin Console. When requesting a token to perform an action in the API, they get the error, "The user or account name or password is incorrect. [9010]." If they use the repository username and password it works fine. I know the windows account is valid because I can sign in the Windows Client Laserfiche Admin Console when using the account.
Is there a specific way a windows username needs to be formatted? I tried the UPN as well as domain\username, but neither option worked.
