When started the text provider service, the textprovider.exe takes up all available resources and stops working when it attempts to process pdf documents. I have also attempted to download a different iFilter from Adobe (namely v9) but all links to download it appear to be invalid. we also get an error code: "The TextProvider process was terminated due to an unhandled exception when extracting text from a "pdf" document. Search catalog: ProdHRWorkflow. Entry ID: 531408. This is usually caused by a problematic IFilter or a corrupted document. Please install a proper IFilter and see if it solves the problem. You can also skip the problematic type of electronic documents by modifying the BlockedExtensions list in registry."
