is there a way to see the email that was sent?

Is there a way to see the email that was sent using the email service task?  There is only a link to the forms in the process.

I do not believe it does an archival of that information.  You could probably create a workflow process to duplicate the email into a database or something, or you could CC or BCC yourself on the email configuration to receive a copy of it, but I don't think it natively does anything to document the details of the emails that it sends.

We have ours set up so it sends from an actual email address and that email address (Microsoft Office) saves the sent emails.
