I'm trying to authenticate an API via the browser, but when I do it gets stuck in a loop and keeps refreshing the page. Any ideas as to why it would get stuck?

I've tried doing it through Postman as well as through the web application I'm using (Integrator.io).

Hi Jack,

Can you provide more details about your situation? Are you using Laserfiche Cloud or Self-Hosted? When you say you are trying to connect to the API through the "browser", do you mean our Swagger playground? Are you experiencing authentication errors when connecting? The more details you can provide the better.

I'm on Laserfiche Cloud

When I attempt to connect through Integrator.io or Postman, I get a window that asks me to log in. When I do, the page starts refreshing and doesn't stop unless I log out of Laserfiche completely and/or close the window.

I'm not receiving any errors, or if I am, I don't know where to look to find them.

Hi,

Could you try to clear the cookies in your browser for Laserfiche domain? And then try again.

Correction, I deleted the cookies for the particular site originally which didn't work. I then deleted all cookies for all time and it did. Thanks for the suggestion!
