ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS Using WebLink 11

We have users (including myself) that receive the browser error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" when trying to access one of our WebLink 11 implementations.

Our setup is that we have 2 Laserfiche implementations that share the same LFDS server, one in the US and one in Canada. In the US we have 3 web servers that are all load balanced. In Canada we have 2 web servers that are load balanced.

When accessing WebLink in the US users do not see the ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error. But when they access WebLink in Canada some users do and some don't.  The other web applications (Forms and Web Client) on the same web servers do not give the error message, so I'm pretty sure it's something specific with WebLink.

Has anyone come across this or have any ideas what might be cause?

We are using WebLink 11.0.2307.136.

It was redirecting between the LoginLFDS.aspx page and the Welcome.aspx page. After looking at the WebLink configuration on our 2 web servers more closely, the 2 repositories that were configured had a different db id between the two of them. I exported the WebLink Settings from one server and imported them into the other and it has resolved the issue.

The first question is: what are the redirects from and to? The network tab should capture that, and will point you in the right direction - if this is something internal to WebLink or if LFDS plays a role. The other thing is to compare the login flow for US vs Canada. It should be largely the same, do you see where the behavior changes? And is there an identifiable difference in the network tabs that looks relevant? A missing cookie is one of the main things to check for.

Thank you, Brian. I will check those. I'm not able to recreate the issue right now, which also makes me wonder if it's a specific server in the LB. I'll let you know what I find.
