If I understand correctly - you are hoping to have a template for documents in the repository show/hide various fields based on the responses in other fields.

If that is what you are referring to, that is unfortunately not currently possible.

Alternately, if what you are wanting is the list of values available in the fields in the document template to change based on the selected values in other fields, but all the fields are always shown.

If that is what you are referring to, that is possible.  It's called Dynamic Fields, and here is the article in the Help documentation that explains it.
