Email archive not pulling mail from gmail into Laserfiche Repository

I am having two types of issues with the email archive.

The first one is that it is deleting the mail for archiving in lf repo but it is not visible on lf repo.

The second issue is that it is reading the mail in gmail but it is not putting the mail in lf repo.

Whereas when my colleagues try it on his own email archive by configuring the same email account with same configuration on email archive, it is working perfectly fine. Any help for this issue please?

If you have 2 copies of Email Archive connected to the same mailbox, then they are competing for messages. If the first one gets them and imports them according to its profile, then there would be nothing for your copy to pull.

If that's not the case, it might be easier to troubleshoot this through the support case so we can see event logs and your complete configuration.

I had 2 in two different email archive. One was disable and one was running. Will that still be an issue?

I would recommend when you configure the profile, select the following option to track what happened:

move the archived emails in a specified folder in the mailbox instead of deleting directly from mailbox
move the failed emails to a specified folder in the mailbox

If there are errors, it might be easier to troubleshoot through the support case with event log as Miruna said.
