Is it possible to hide remove row button of Table field for the row where data is already filled? Please assist.

I usually select the "Append rows to the rows populated by a data source or variable" setting on the table, which prevents rows from being edited or deleted when they were added on a prior task.

Yes for tables from Prior task, I have used that option, but when you are working on that table and it has a row existing and you click +add , you will find the remove row option on the new row you are creating as well on the previous row, I would like to remove the option from the previous row.
