As far as I know, DUO itself can't be setup directly with Laserfiche, but can be used as a 2FA for other logon methods such as Microsoft Azure/Office 365, which in turn can be setup as a SAML user within Laserfiche. 

The setup however would be done directly between DUO and Azure/Office 365, rather than a Laserfiche component, as the authentication 'handshake' is passed off to the other platform and then fed back into Laserfiche.
