Upload File Size on Laserfiche Cloud

Hello,

According to the above image the limit on uploading files to forms on Laserfiche Cloud is 25 MB. I have built a forms process assuming that we could upload larger files on cloud if needed but now because of the size restriction I am sort of stuck. Does some one happen to know if there is an alternate solution for this or a different way to get my process to allow uploading larger files ?

Thank you for helping.

Hi Krishna,

I don't think the LF forms concept/design was meant to deal with data larger than 25MB so I don't think this is natively possible.

One thing you could potentially do, is upload the large files into the Laserfiche repository and then reference them within the form by embedding the web client?

How large of files do you intend to support through your form? If the upload size is within a reasonable size you could reach out to support and request a size increase.

If you are trying to truly large files, I recommend looking into file sets. These uploads go straight to the repository and have a significantly higher limit.
