Different Results for Running a Full Scan and Testing Process

I'm running a session in which the results I get when I run the scan to store to LaserFiche and the results I get from testing the current process in configuration are different on the same document. I'm using Zone OCR and Regular expression to insert the values into the metadata which when I test the process, all the results come out correct. Whenever I run the session, 3 of the 4 tokens are left blank. I've ensure the sample document is the same document I'm actually trying to scan in full. Has this occurred to anyone else? Also, is there a LaserFiche support line or email address available any longer?
