I am working on a business process in Laserfiche Cloud, The problem I have is when a form is submitted with attachments, blank page is saved in the repository, When I have not attached any document to the form, the form saves correctly with all its contents. 

I have checked the save to repository service and the right form is configured. Am I missing something?
