Laserfiche Connector - How do you re-key?

We have a customer switching from a trial key with limited profiles to a purchased key. Where do you enter the new key?

Hi Chad,

You can get a copy of the activation tool (https://doc.laserfiche.com/KB/1012301/ActivationToolNet4.zip) and manually run it, using the UI to activate the product and download its license file. Then, you can take the new LF Connector license file and replace the old license file with the new one. You can check https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1000988/license-file-locations for the default locations of license files for the various Laserfiche applications. Once the license file is replaced, restart the application.
