Weblink 11 - Building Solution Errors

Hello. I am unable to compile the Weblink 11 project. I am getting the following errors.

I found an older post in regards to version 10.1, but there was no solution posted.

I was able to resolve the type is not defind errors, but now the solution is missing nuget packages. I was unable to find them online. Any ideas?
