Some of my users have noticed odd behavior with the Date fields in the New Forms Designer:

• If the date field is formatted for M/D/YYYY they can enter a two-digit year, but it will change the year to the four digit year for the current year, even if the date entered was in 2023.  Example, if you enter 12/23/23 and leave the field, the field will update to 12/23/2024.
• If the date field is formatted as MM/DD/YY you can enter a four digit year such as 12/23/2023, but when you leave the field it will chop off the last two digits and the resulting date will be 12/23/20 instead of 12/23/23.

Is this the expected behavior?  It seems odd for it to work this way and I would expect that it would just correct the date to the right formatting.
