I ran into this issue today on a Laserfiche Form. I have noticed it on another form as well, but brushed it off at that time. I have an inspection booking form that allows the user to pick a date for their inspection. It allows the user to pick dates that are 0 years prior or 1 year in advance (just in case it's December and they want to book in January). I hadn't touched this form since 2022.
When users tried using the form now in 2024, the only years they could pick were 2022 and 2023. That is until I re-published the form and the years updated to 2024 and 2025. I think the years they can pick are only based off the last publish date. I'm not sure if this is intentional behaviour, but if means I have to re-publish the form at least once every 2 years with the current setup.
