Retrieve Laserfiche Forms Content Activity - Workflows

Hello, 

 

Does someone happen to know what would be the alternative for "Retrieve Laserfiche Forms Content" activity on Laserfiche cloud? I actually don't even see an activity with this name on the on-prime software.

For Self-Hosted Workflow it is called 'Retrieve Business Process Variables'.

Right, that is what I assumed it was for the self-hosted software. Do you happen to have any information about it for Laserfiche cloud?

In Laserfiche Cloud, Forms can pass information to Workflow in the service tasks in the form of input parameter. There is no activity that will reach back into the process to retrieve data after the workflow has started.

We want to pass the file parameter which is submitted in the form. This input file we want to use in the workflow for further processes. Is this something that can be done?

Is there an alternative option?  I ask because I'm trying to pull data from previously submitted vendor forms, total the values they provided for the year and present it in an email.
