Workflow Starting Condition for New User Created?

Is there any way to set a condition for running a workflow when a new account is created in Administration Console (on-prem) / Cloud Administration (cloud)

I guess no .

only workflows triggering on document /Folder  actions

Correct. Workflow only listens for repository content changes. Administrative changes like user or template field creation or modification are not available to start workflows.

Can you tell us more about what you're trying to achieve?

This would be for sending emails to new users when they are setup with Laserfiche. The email could include how to access the Laserfiche Repository, Forms etc
