Quickfields QR code unable to read separator symbols

I am having trouble getting Quickfields to read the bar as a separator for my QR code. It reads it fine with a comma, but any other symbol and it will return blank. Everything is scanned with 300 dpi and using same printer and scanner for testing.

Hi, can you give more detailed information on this issue?
Specifically include:
1. What is the scan source of Quick Fields?
2. How is the barcode processor of the session configured?
3. What is the desired behavior? What is the behavior of QuickFields now? It would be best to provide screenshots of these two aspects so that we can see the problem more intuitively.
4. Regarding "read the bar as a separator for my QR code" mentioned in the question, can you provide a Sample Page?

Hi Yankai,

Actually, the issue only occurs when I run "test the current process." It works fine when I run the QF session from start to finish.

It would be helpful to us if you could provide a sample page where the issue was found. If it is inconvenient, you can generate a sample page containing a QR code that can reproduce the issue.
