Form Field Value not Populated in Update Word Document

Hi Community.

I'm stuck in the process of workflow to update the Word document.

I already followed the steps on how to create a merge field in Word.

My problem now is it doesn't show the value of Forms Field.

I hope you can help.

Hi Rafael, in your workflow you need the following 3 activities. 1. Create Entry to create where the document will go, 2. Update the Word Document, 3. Attach the results of the Word Update to the Create entry. Example below
