IXB (Integration Express) was dropped from the support profile for one of our clients in 2021. Has Laserfiche support been completely discontinued, or can we still escalate an issue related to this product, if necessary? No problems at this time and expect to move them off the United platform soon. Just want to know, in the event there is an issue with IX in the mean time.

Hi Dan, IXB (Integration Express) came out 20 years ago and was discontinued long ago. The most recent official mention of it I can find anywhere is from 9 years ago and references a compatibility issue with Integration Express 6 (the last release I believe) and Laserfiche Client 7.2. Per the Laserfiche Product Support Lifecycle, Laserfiche 6 products had an End of Support date of December 31, 2012.
Any support would be on a voluntary, best effort basis of the "Here's something you could possibly try based on the description of the issue" sort. Certainly no product fixes/updates.
