We have a requirement from our client to remove or delete all documents with credit card data (incl. its metadata) from their DEV repository running in the DEV environment due to compliance reasons. The client has used these documents with Laserfiche forms (attachments), Workflow and Import Agent applications for testing purposes.
My approach is to
- Delete the DEV repo volume
- Clean Laserfiche Forms database with uploaded attachment
- Not sure how to manually delete all workflows (completed and terminated) instance data. Workflow has been configured to delete instance data for completed workflows to 30 days.
Could you please suggest the best approach to achieve this without losing any setup configuration?
