Forms Attachments - Error uploading LFF4101-FailedToUploadFile After move to new Forms Server

After migrating to a new Forms Server, the forms process is working with the exception of the document upload feature (Attach a File) .  A file can be attached, but when the form is submitted the error message below occurs:

Any advice would be great.

Wanted to provide an update,
It turned out there was a typo in the name of the original forms attachment folder (attachements)  which had not been duplicated on the new Forms Server. 

Made what was in Forms Config (Attachment folder), and the folder on the new server match, and no more error message.

Christine, the event viewer log should have more details about the error message. Can you post that?
