Would anyone know if Workflow (in this case v10.4) flags certain instances for mail notifications to be sent. I am trying to determine which table/columns might indicate that an email will be sent
We have a case where a workflow email task was triggered correctly, then the entry for which the email is sent was deleted. However, the email continues to be sent repeatedly, causing end user mailbox clogging and reaching the SMTP send limits.
I can't see any workflow triggering this email in the Workflow Designer Activity so thinking if we can find the row in the db that relates to this and turn off the 'send mail' flag, it could help to solve the issue for customer
