When creating a Field Rule with the option set to Validate there are conditions for 'as field with value greater than or equal to' and 'as field with value less than or equal to', but not 'as field with value less than' or 'as field with value greater than'.

I have a use case where another field on the form is being set based on a database lookup with a dollar amount. The end user can request a change to the value returned from the database lookup, but the requested amount must be for a value 'greater than' it, not 'greater than or equal to'.
