Modern designer addressOptions javascript

I have some forms with very minimal javascript needs, so I'm trying to get the javascript in the modern designer to work. One thing I would like to be able to do is change the field labels in the address block.

Has anyone gotten the LFForm object changeFieldSettings - addressOptions to work? In the documentation it looks like it should do what I need, change the address block labels and hide/show address fields, but I can't get it to work. I'm formatting it the same way as the example in the documentation.

Is there something I'm missing or does what is shown in the documentation not work?

Hi Christine,

I have some good news for you =)

The ability to edit and show/hide Address subfield labels in the modern Forms designer out of the box (already in Laserfiche Cloud) should be in Forms 11 Update 5, scheduled to release later this month.

Looks like this, which seems to be exactly what you need.
