Cannot add a new Windows Account

I am unable to add a new Windows account in the Laserfiche Administration Console. I go to Users and Groups - Windows Accounts, right click and my only option is All Tasks - Perform Search, Export as XML, and New Custom View. I am in the System Managers list and I am in the Administrators group for the server. Am I missing rights somewhere else?

Thank you Blake, that is where the issue was. I can now see the option.

Being a System Manager is not the same as being a repository Administrator. Check that you have been given the correct permissions and privileges within the repository in the Admin Console.
