That error message suggests something might be MITM'ing your connection (perhaps a corporate VPN/proxy like Zscaler). When I checked Answers a moment ago from Chrome on an AWS server outside Laserfiche's network, it loaded the site over https without error and served the correct and valid certificate from Let's Encrypt. See below.

If anyone else encounters this error, please do reply and report it here. Based on the above, I believe the error was the result of something in your network chain before the Answers web server though.
