Feature Request - A searchable text field in the Records properties to hold citation #'s for the classification. When updates are required, it would be much simpler to search for any classifications impacted if we could search by citation # and make any required changes.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll bring it up with the team. It would be helpful to know - is citation number part of a recognized RM standard? Or is it more something that you've developed as part of your internal processes?

As a workaround, can you use a template field to store this data?

Or, alternatively, could you make use of the existing Disposition Authority field? (or are you already using that for something else?)

It is part of a recognized standard. It is common for the Classification Scheme to reference citation #'s.
