Workflow "Find User" and Workflow Configuration Trustee Directories won't connect

I have stumbled upon an issue within the Workflow Designer and the "Find User" function. When selecting the Lookup options directory dropdown list, it errors. See image..

I am either looking in the wrong log or nothing is logged. 

Also, when running the Workflow Configuration Manager, Trustee Directories, I get the same error. I can then set up a new LDAP connection and test with a successful connection. However, when I check the Trustee Directories again, it comes up with the error message.

Within the Workflow Administration Console, Trustee Directories, I can see all the instances I have created previously. 

The only thing we have changed recently was moving the SQL db to a new server. The service account stayed the same. 

All other workflows are running fine. Only the one with the "Find User" is affected. 

We are running the latest version 11 Workflow

Take a look at the communication or error logs from the WF Admin Console\Monitoring.

Was the Laserfiche Server moved as well?

Hi Miruna, 

There doesn't seem to be anything in the error logs at the time of trying to connect. Below is a screen shot of the only logs from today...

I don't think those errors are related?

No, the server was not moved or changed. Only the SQL database was moved. It was moved from a SQL 2012 to a SQL2022. Plus, all other workflows are running without any problems.
