DocuSign Status Token

I hope someone can help.

Laserfiche Cloud. I am trying to pull in the DocuSign Token %(Status) in order to populate a metadata field. However, the field type for this token is DocuSignAPI.SigningLocationCode which is not standard. So it is not populating my metadata field.

What do I need to do to be able to pull in this status field?

Hi Cornelia,
These tokens are meant to be used with the Docusign Integration. Can you provide more details of how you are setting up the token rule ?

Hi,

Yes, I have the docusign integration set up, and have successfully sent documents for signature from the repository.
I am pulling in the tokens from DocuSign directly to populate metadata fields. I specified these in Repository Administration > Integrations > DocuSign.
Other tokens from DocuSign are pulling through, just not the Status field. (I am currently pulling in the Completed date as a workaround)

Thanks for reporting. I'm able to reproduce this issue. I filed bug 498012.

Hi Cornelia, this will be fixed in the next update. The next update is scheduled for next month.
