I am creating a form that needs to go through multiple approval steps with signatures etc. The workflow and forms are working great, but I am having issues assigning the tasks to multiple people.
Each step in the approval process has a different team that can approve. And each team has different people. I only need one signature per step from anybody in that team. When I go into that team's tasks, it shows up as unassigned. And they can't sign it until they assign it onto themselves.
I know this is a small step for them to have to take(assigning to themselves) but I wanted to see if there is any way to avoid that part.
The first picture below is what it looks like before they assign to themselves, second is what it looks like after they assigned it. If its not possible, its ok. I'll just explain to the teams that it has to be assigned to specific person before they can assign it.
