By multiple instances, do you just mean that you could publish more than one repository via portal? If so, I believe that's what we have in mind.

And by internal portal, that would be something like public portal but requiring authentication?

Yes, each repository can have its own public portal. Is that something that will be released with multiple repositories or further down the road map?

And, yes something like a public portal but requiring authentication.

I would expect that public portal would be included in the initial rollout of the multiple repository support, but I don't want to make promises that go beyond what's been stated publicly.
