Errors when installing Import Agent 11 ('insert disk', 'error reading/finding license file')

I'm looking to install IA 11 on my local computer at work. I've downloaded IA 11 (https://support.laserfiche.com/download/4194/laserfiche-import-agent-11) and followed the instructions here (https://doc.laserfiche.com/laserfiche.documentation/11/administration/en-us/Default.htm#../Subsystems/ImportAgent/Content/Installing.htm ).

(FYI - our company is not using Laserfiche cloud)

 

Everything went fine until the 'Install OCR engine' component where I had a 'Please insert the disk' pop up. The install package is an ISO file which was open as an available drive on my computer (see attachment). I had the same issue trying to install the OCR engine component after the fact.


Additionally, I encountered a 'There was an error reading the license file' and on other installation attempts, a 'Couldn't find the license file' error. In all installations I selected the location of the license file, even copied the download into the same installation directory. But it was never accessible regardless of where it was.

 

I'm somewhat stymied as to what the issue could be.

Try copying all the files to your local disk and then run the install.  I've encountered weird things like this when attempting to use the mounted .iso files.
